My name is Yifei Tao, and I also go by Ella. I’m a second-year student at Cornell Tech. My interests lie in AI plus entertainment and healthcare, using AI to help people live happier and healthier.

    Interviewed clinicians, medical students and investors to map the early stage health technology landscape, then built an interactive web visualisation connecting technologies, healthcare organisations and medical domains.

    Ran weekly releases and milestones across combat design and game balance, coordinating design, engineering and QA over 50+ milestone items and 15+ delay analysis reports. Also built a meeting action item tool that a 20+ person PM team used for four weeks, lifting completion rates around 30%.

    Supported pricing for a new model with 100+ dealer and customer surveys on price sensitivity across configurations, and researched 10+ competing brands on LLM applications, concept vehicles and OTA strategy.

    Helped design and launch an LLM customer service chatbot. Owned requirements and the PRD, and improved answers through benchmark testing and bad case analysis until it covered 70%+ of high frequency questions.
